EagleKing Travel offers a variety of flexible, secure, and convenient payment methods to provide the best experience for customers when booking and issuing air tickets.

1. Payment Principles

  • Payment Prior to Ticket Issuance: Due to the nature of the airline industry (where seat availability and airfares fluctuate in real time), you are required to pay the full amount as quoted by EagleKing Travel prior to the booking hold deadline (Time Limit) to ensure successful ticket issuance.
  • Quoted Airfares: The total payable amount includes the airline base fare, taxes, airport fees, and service fees (unless otherwise agreed upon for additional services such as extra baggage, seat selection, or meals).
  • Transaction Confirmation: Electronic tickets (E-tickets) will only be officially issued once EagleKing Travel has received the full payment or valid payment confirmation.

  • Payment via Travel Consultant Guidance: For large groups, corporate bookings, or complex international itineraries, payments can be made according to the contract terms or direct instructions from our customer service team.

3. Payment Confirmation & Ticket Issuance

  • Upon receiving your payment, EagleKing Travel’s system or travel consultants will verify the information and proceed with ticket issuance.
  • Your Electronic Ticket / Booking Reference (PNR) will be sent automatically/directly via Email, Zalo, or SMS within 15 – 30 minutes.
  • In case you have completed the bank transfer but have not received ticket confirmation due to interbank network delays, please send a screenshot of the successful transfer receipt to our support staff for immediate assistance and reservation holding.

4. Payment Security

  • EagleKing Travel strictly commits to safeguarding all transaction details, bank account information, and personal data in full compliance with applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for keeping your bank account details and OTP verification codes secure. EagleKing Travel shall not be held liable for any losses arising from payment information disclosed to third parties by the customer.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible under the airline’s cancellation policy) will be processed in accordance with EagleKing Travel’s Air Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunded amounts will be transferred back to the original bank account or payment method used for the initial purchase.
  • The processing time for refund completion depends on the working procedures of the respective airline and beneficiary bank.

6. General Terms

  • EagleKing Travel reserves the right to decline ticket issuance or cancel reservation holds if payment obligations are not fulfilled prior to the airline’s hold deadline.
  • Any queries, disputes, or complaints regarding payment transactions will be resolved based on valid transfer receipts and proof of payment provided by both parties.
